Overview

Pharmacogenomics research increasingly requires a broad set of tools and resources to aid in the analysis and interpretation of data.  This tools page contains links to a curated set of resources and tools that will help you with data analysis related to pharmacogenomics research and related fields. The tools are organized into 8 categories as described in the color-coded key below and can be sorted by category or searched by keyword in the bottom section. ​PGx Tool types available

PGx Primary Tools: Resources and topics related to pharmacogenomics and precision medicine.​
eQTL Databases:
​ These resources archive or display results of several research projects on association between genetic variations and expression phenotypes.
​Expression Databases: These databases archive or display results on mRNA or protein levels in cancer cell lines, normal or cancer tissues.
​Genotype-Phenotype Databases: These databases archive or display correlative or association results between expression levels or genetic variants with phenotypes (e.g. drug toxicity, traits, disease, metabolites levels).
​Human Variations Databases: These databases archive or display results on genetic variations (germline or somatic) in different population cohorts.
Functional and Genomic Databases: These tools or resources are widely used to determine functional regions or elements in the human genome.
​Tools for Analysis: These tools are widely used for various analyses, including imputation, or visualization of genome sequence data and genetic association studies.
Summary Statistics: These are summary statistics, which provide the association p-values from published genomewide associations studies.
