The summary statistics file contains the following information:

CHR - chromosome
SNP - rsID number
BP - position of the SNP on the chromosome, hg18 reference
A1 - the allele for which the odds ratio is provided.  Coded A=1, C=2, G=3, T=4
A2 - the alternative, non-effect allele. Coded A=1, C=2, G=3, T=4
F_A - frequency of A1 (affected) in the GWAS cohort (n = 139 cases)
F_U - frequency of A2 (unaffected) in the GWAS cohort (n = 1267 control)
OR - odds ratio
SE - standard error of the odds ratio
P - p-value
